Can I request a specific color?
Yes, for non-custom items such as fidgets, color requests may be accommodated when possible. Please include your request in the note box during checkout. Requests made after purchase cannot be guaranteed, as we begin processing orders soon after checkout.
How do I submit photos?
Photos are submitted through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number so we can match your images to your purchase.
What kind of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos work best. For custom dogs, face and side views are especially helpful. If we can’t clearly see a feature in your photos, we won’t be able to recreate it.
Will my custom item look exactly like the photo?
We aim for a recognizable and meaningful likeness, not exact duplication. Small variations are part of the handmade process.
How many colors can be used for custom dogs?
Custom dogs are printed in up to four colors, focusing on the most defining features.
Are the lights plug-in or battery-powered?
Our photo lights are plug-in and designed for a soft, ambient glow.
Can I return or cancel my order?
No. We do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are final.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged due to delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement.
